of.long.weekend.&.me.

I'm back!

I'm glad to report that my loong weekend has turned out to be great. Very relaxing and somewhat eventful.

Bkt. Tinggi was sorta soothing and fun(read: if lazing around sipping coffee whilst eating pastry in a French-theme resort sounds fun to you) minus the fact that it's pretty hot up there during the afternoon,it was windy, yes but hot.

It burns my skin hot(or maybe it's just me, I don't go out much under the sun these days.he he) & the roads heading up to the Colmar Tropicale made me wanna puke twice. Yup, I'm prone to a high-level of dizziness when it comes to such twisted highland roads. So, next time I feel like enjoying a French-theme holiday, I might as well go to France instead - provided I have the moolah that is.

I don't feel like writing much bout the trip, so lets the pictures do (most of) the talking aight?(Pardon moi for the bad pic, I'm lazy just like that. :P)

We got there around 4p.m, the weather was pretty bright and windy. The whole French-theme thing is pretty nice, I especially like this particular purple building with cute little pink windows(not in the pic.hehe).

I got a pretty neat room with canopy bed, walk-in closet and a nice lil balcony facing the serene looking golf course. It's a view worth walking up to,seriously tho the picture doesn't do it justice. Please blame the bad photography skills plus the bad camera. Nampak macam hutan. :P

I personally like it better during the night. The cold breeze, the lights and all. Yet it's ain't that cold, I have no need for em sweaters.

I have a thing for cute animals, so it amuses me to no end when I bumped into 2 pairs of swans(a pair in white and another in black) in their pond. The swan was merely inches away when I took this particular photo but I was too chicken shit to touch its head, tho I really wanted to. Yer, takot kena geget.

Owh yea, to prove the cold weather, here's a pine-cone. he he.

Spot the swan!

We only spent a night in Bkt. Tinggi since the parents thought it's better to spend the rest of their weekend in KL with shopping sprees(now I see, where my semi-shopaholic genes come from). We got back in KL by Friday noon. Checked-in at The P.Pacific & off we went.Shopping sampai sakit kaki and bloated - due to the fact that dad would suggest that we should have a drink each time one of us whined from aching feet. He would go "Okay, jom gi minum dulu." T_T

The parents went back home the next day(Saturday) and my weekend went on with a quest for chicken rice which C*** bragged about earlier. I hafta admit it's good. Kakna bebeh, nasi ayam garing tu pon kalah.hehe.

After a hearty chicken lunch,we later went to meet up with Pacik Yusran, owh pacik anda sudah kurus :P - which is great, keep it up else you'll ended up like C***. Haha. Who would have thought that C*** would be this comel now? Okay, I'm exaggerating but he's been such a good sport to me, I hafta be thankful for that - regardless of everything else. hihi.

Owh yes, thanks again for the cute colorful coin purse. It's nice to see you again. It has been ages since the last time aight? Having a good friend like you would always remind me of the fun zaman muda-muda. Cakap macam dah tua sangat je. :D

The last day of my weekend was filled with a wee bit of jalan-jalan and a whole lot of fattening good food hence the fasting today sebenarnye gelabah ganti puasa.

Well, I'm off now.

Have a great week.

Tata.

of.getaway.&.me.

Work.

A simple word yet it means so much.

Work provides me a steady stream of income which I could spend to satisfy my(& sometimes others) worldly needs and the sort.

Work opens up a whole new world of possibilities for me to meet up new people regardless the fact that I sometimes feel like wringing their necks or not.

Work sometimes works as a great escapism when life gets a wee bit unlively but work makes my traveling fairly, okie fine, very limited(proven by the fact that I missed out on the Europe tour regardless the fact it's fully sponsored. Ya see? Free pon tak bleh pegi, apekah?) - hence the fact that I'll jump at every chance of fast getaway that I get nowadays.

Beggars can't be choosers, aight?

So yea, I'm going to have a loong weekend(includes a day and a half day off from work) which I'm going to spend with the parents in Bkt. Tinggi(which is like 40 minutes away from KL but whaddaheck?). he he. (Intro punye la panjang padahal nak cakap esok start cuti.)

Dad would be busy with his meeting and whatnot and yours truly will try to spend the days looking around with mum. They said the price for food is pretty stiff so I might as well bring my own junkfood :P, I ain't gonna pay 4 bucks for a pack of Twisties and the sort. I'm a cheapskate just like that.

On a lighter note, here's a friendly reminder

Like seriously,or maybe not.hehe

I'm off now.

Tata.

p/s: Pacik Yusran, if you're reading this(I noticed there's an IP from Malacca), I'll be back in KL by Saturday morning, anyhow gimme a call so bleh lepak-lepak aight?

of.tiredness.&.me.

I'm tired.

I wished for a series of retail therapies & I got em.

It started off on Saturday. We reached The curve around noon & half an hour later, I managed to get myself two cute tops. What's better than finding something 'so you' at 40% off? So yea, both of em are of the same pattern but different colors.(Nothing new with that since I used to buy 3 same tops of different colors before.he he.)

Later we headed to Ikea. I was tempted to grab a blardy load of stuff & C*** (literally) dragged me away from it, so yea I only managed to get myself a pretty looking lantern so I could light my scented candle innit (which C*** thought looked like one of those stuff that people use at cemetery.Bleh!) and some cooking utensils(yea, I cook now :P).

We had meatballs(yey!) + vegetarian pasta + chicken wings + cinnamon rolls for lunch. It felt sorta awkward to have a table laden with food whilst this (cute) guy and his parents were like sharing a kiddy plate of meatballs(which consist of 5 meatballs whilst we had 15!),a slice of cheese cake & a plate of pasta. So yea, we ate a lot, thankyouverymuch. :P

After we're done with Ikea, we rushed of to Cineleisure for our solat & movie tickets(yey!). I hafta say Public Enemies is good tho it feels pretty weird to actually have empathy for those criminals in the movie, I blame Johnny Depp, he's just too calm & swift( & somewhat sweet) - like, owh sungguh cool merompak bank, rasa nak buat jugak so I'll get to swiftly jump over bank counters.he he.

The movie ended just in time for Maghrib & when I stepped out of the surau and C*** was nowhere to be found, I walked straight out hypnotized by the thought of my favourite Lecka-lecka's gelato.

Mari lah mari,bite meh!

Bought a scoop & waited nearby. People watching and gelato are great I tell ya. Anyhow, I was interrupted by a phone call

C***:"Sedap nampak makan ice cream."
Me:"Err..nak?"*looked up whilst trying to find him in the crowd*
C***:"Menonong je pegi beli eh?"
Me: lol

Apparently, he's done with his prayer earlier, headed straight to the washroom and when he saw me walking zombie-like to Lecka-lecka & carelessly waited whilst having the gelato, he decided to keep his distant and watch me from afar.

I thought I was the one doing the people-watching,rupenya tidak. Hoh!

We walked out to the Flea Market, looked around for a bit, went to Daiso(I got myself a cool pop-lid jar) & later thought that it would be nice to have something soupy for dinner & was reminded of the mini steamboat place in Ikano so off we went.

It's a good place for those who couldn't be bothered to share(or simply fussy) coz everybody will have their individual steamboat which is great since we'll get to enjoy the food at our own pace. I had the noodles & beef combo whilst C*** opted for the dumpling. We both chose tomyam for the soup(which taste good but it's a wee bit spicy for moi) & the serving's size is fairly okay for a normal eater tho I had a hard time finishing it, in fact tak habis. :P

We headed home that nite with a full tummy & me feeling happy.

The end.

What? Not yet?

Okay, hmpp..well, Sunday was fairly another session of shopping spree, except for the fact that it's not mine. It's C***'s.

He came to pick me up after Zohor, we had chicken rice for lunch(Kaknaaa, nasi ayam tu tetiba manis, ayam macam dicelup air gulaa...argghhhh). It was a huge miss and C*** just couldn't stop bragging bout this particular chicken rice in Rawang, which he claimed taste better(so he owes me a trip to Rawang for that nasi ayam he he).

Moving on, C*** initially wanted to buy something for his mum for EID, so I suggested Jalan TAR so we could find a silk or two but we reached there when it's still pretty hot outside so we decided to walk around in SOGO for a while and that's when it happened.

C*** was bitten by the gila shopping bugs.

He found himself a khakis short(which is rather expensive I should say, seluar pendek apekah begitu mahaalll?), 2 collar T-shirts(for his dad), a nice black leather handbag(for his mum that I doubtfully chose, I have a unique taste when it cames to handbags so adelah susah untuk pilihkan untuk orang lain ), a nice linen greenish-brown East India Co. shirt and a brown shirt for himself.

Looking at the list is like a dream comes true(yea, what's better than a semi-shopaholic boyfriend? hehe) since it's very unlikely for him to buy anything. The ratio is like 5:1, me getting whole loads of stuff whilst he might ended up with one or simply none.(Sometimes I feel like forcing him into buying stuff so I won't feel as guilty for spending too much.)

If you noticed, I didn't get myself anything that day. I just couldn't find anything interesting so I ended up with nothing - hence my tiredness.

It's tiring to go on a shopping spree without buying anything - coz at the end of the day, when you're back at home with sore aching feet without any shopping haul to be excited about, it's just plain tiring.

Perhaps this is how C*** feels each time we are out shopping. he he.

Owh well? :P

Anyway, have a great week people

Tata.

of.James.&.me.

First & foremost, thanks for the brilliant ideas and tips for the housemates thingy, I might consider using it sooner, or later. :P Yer,boleh tahan penakot juga diri ini.

I had the time to watch Becoming Jane last nite and the leading actor happened to be the ever so wonderful James McAvoy - not typically my kind of guy, ya know since he's not tall and dark tho it goes without saying that he's good looking. The look that gives ya the butter melting on hot toast feeling. he he.

Owh sungguh hensem tapi pendek

Well, I started to notice him(or specifically his good looks) in Atonement. A pretty amazing actor I might say tho his striking boyish features sometimes gets in the way. Susah nak berlakon nampak ganas and rugged bila nampak terlalu boyish, but it doesn't matter if you're the mythical creature in woods of Narnia.

That's the same drool-worthy James alright!

Which reminded me of an equally same dilemma that I have whenever I need to show up at the user's place and they will gimme the "Owh, ni ke programmer dia?", like hello? Am I not old and geeky enough for you?

Moving on, it's Friday(already?) yey!

I'm still craving for good food and a few sessions of retail therapy. I'm running out of clothes to wear(don't argue, girls will always run out of clothes to wear, padahal kat rumah dah tak muat wardrobe. The same goes with shoes.). he he. Owh well?

Owh, I wanna watch Public Enemies too & have ice cream. Loads of em.

Lets spend some of those hard-earned moneh, shall we?

Happy weekend.

Tata.

of.discomfort.&.me.

I'm craving for pizza, cherry bing vanilla ice cream, Ikea's meatballs (& floor lamp) and hmpp..pizza.

It has been days(especially during week days) that I've stuffed my face with milk & cereal(cornflakes & almond & milo cereal adelah yummeh!) for dinner & I'm not on diet.

It's the appetite, specifically the lack of it that make it hard to think of what and where to eat & when I finally felt like eating something different last nite, si pacar pulak outstation, *sighs* so I'm left at home feeling bored with nobody to whine at - well, not really nobody but I rather not burden them with my useless dilemma.he he.

The 2nd half of the post is private :P

of.addicted.&.me.

I've been a self-proclaimed internet-addict for the past 13 years(God, that's like 1/2 of my age).

I hafta admit that I've bumped into a whole lot of nice, weird and psychotic people on the net whilst I'm at it.

Most of the time I'm not really disturbed by the weird & psychotic lot coz all they could do is make my life miserable online and nothing else. Like yea, as long as they don't stalk me outside the cyber world, I'm fine with it.

Anyway, it has been ageeees since the last time that I made a new friend online particularly due to the fact that I'm pretty much over those

"Hi! Boleh berkenalan?"

& "Hello, I would like to know you better" thingy. It's too corny to handle that it makes me sick. Sick with annoyance.

Talking about annoyance, how blurry(& desperate) could you get when someone is clearly not interested in talking to you?

Like c'mon, grow up! Don't you know it's not appropriate to ask whether someone is already attached or currently single(& ready to mingle) 5 seconds after you claimed that you wanna be friend with em? Tell you what, it's not even the right way to begin with, like are you trying to be my friend or are you trying to marry me instead?

The keyword here is sabar, be patience will you? Sabar itu kunci kejayaan(apart from usaha of coz but if that someone is already attached it may or may not make a different). Bear in mind that gopoh gapah is totally uncool. :P

Moving on, I had a blissful lazy weekend. Nothing much but fattening food + loads of movies + excessive amount of sleep. *smiles dreamily*

Anyway, I did manage to have dinner with C*** on Sunday. He came over to pick me up and we went to the nearest Carrefour for the weekly groceries shopping & later had a fattening dinner.

Well, apart from the fact that I'm totally glad that he's back(& I got a bagful of souvenirs from him & his mom, thankyouverymuch), it's rather funny seeing him with the bald-look, but well...hair grows. I hope. :P

Tata.

of.weekend.&.me.

Today is simply unproductive for me.

I'm still a wee bit woozy from the lack of sleep( we talked for 2 hours last nite, at least the talk-time has been reduced by an hour :P).

I created a new db for the upcoming project & worked on some screens and that's it.

I reckon it's the Friday blues - a day which is totally drowned in the ultimate eagerness(& anticipation of the weekend) & the absolute laziness.

If I'm a rechargeable battery, I'm hitting my you'll kong out soon mark by now hence the laz..hmpp..unproductiveness. So it's not entirely my fault, isn't it?

Anyway, I'll be spending the weekend at my cousin's place and I might be having a quick date with C*** on Sunday before the weekend ends and work days start again. Owh happiness.

I'm off now.

Have a great weekend aight?

Tata.

of.sleep.&.me.

This pic is sorta irrelevant but I think it's super cute.

Anyway I'm still alive and kicking(thankyouverymuch) & C*** is back. (^__^)

We celebrated it by catching-up (almost) all night long through the phone for the past 2 days.

He was back last Tuesday & we texted each other for a couple of times and when he finally stopped texting, I thought that we're done with the whole catching-up thing but apparently not. He later called at 3, yes 3 a.m in the morning because he couldn't sleep - not due to the fact that he's missing me too much,it's the jetlag you see? & I have the ability to wake up and borak no matter how sleeeepy I am. Totally Brilliant and owh, we finished 3 hours later.

The same goes for last night except for the fact that he called 3 hours earlier so we finished talking by 3am(after reminding him for the umpteenth times that I need to sleep coz I hafta wake up the next day for hmpp..work?).

So yea, it's been 2 days that my head is heavy with this absurd floating(a part of happiness and a part of sleepiness, okay I lied - it's more of happiness) feeling. I seriously need to catch-up on my sleep.

Haih.Sadly I hafta admit that I'm getting old & I can't live without the much needed sleep like I used to anymore. God.

Back to work now.

Tata.

Can't wait to see the bald C***.

of.gifts.&.me.

Just noticed that quite a bunch of people around actually celebrate their birthdays this month, bonne anniversaire to all. May Allah bless you with a wonderful life now and hereafter aight?

Talking bout birthdays, there are expectation for gifts involved(well, at least I do. *cough cough*). Be it something from the wish list or nothing but a nice cute looking card. Either way, it's the thought that counts right? No? :P

Well, yesterday whilst I was at home, rummaging through the boxes where I keep all those lil gifts, cards and ehem..love letters(zaman tok kaduk punye which gives me the 'ewww..he actually wrote that' feelings) and I found these

cards and lil gifts from C***

The cards are mostly birthday cards from the first 3 years of the relationship(circa 2003-2006) & mind you, now I've stopped receiving them already(C*** thinks it's funny to send card to someone when they are like..hmpp..living 15 mins away from you), well at least he never skipped the gifts :P

Note the lil shirts, I got em as souvenirs from one of his trips. Those came to me along with a pair of sparkling brooches pinned on em & tho I could understand the brooches thing, I was like "what am I suppose to do with this lil shirts? Put em on the teddy bears or something?". T__T

That's C***'s idea of cute gifts coz when he asked what I want for souvenirs, I told him I would appreciate anything cute. Perhaps I should have added useful too, cute and useful. hehe. Banyak pulak songeh.

Owh, the card in blue is my favourite. It has these moving moon & star figurines that would move towards each other when you open the card. Sangat comel, apparently C***'s an expert when it comes to card-choosing.

The other gifts are too huge to be scanned & I'm just too lazy to snap any pictures, so that's about it.

Have a great week people.

Tata

C***'s coming back tomorrow. Yey!

of.honey.&.me.

After realizing that my sore throat doesn't get worse after yesterday's iced honey dew juice. I brace myself for another glass of ice lemon tea for lunch today and I'm having my current addictive drink - the honey ice lemon tea with extra lemon for the ultimate sweet & sour goodness. Yummeh!

I love honey. Honey makes everything taste a wee bit different, sweet but not too overwhelming. The tea gonna taste better, the pancake sweeter and everything just seems to be more heavenly.

Once(maybe not once, few times), my dad used to bring home jars of fresh honey(which were presented to him as some kind of ole-ole during his visit to the kampung), those that came along with pieces of cute honeycombs(that I would gladly nibble & suck on and my dad would say something like "Jaga-jaga, tah-tah ade baby dia dalam tu", blurgh! Terus hilang selera, imagine those maggots-like babies. Let's not go there. :P )

Moving on, tasting those fresh, unaltered honey initiated my love for them. I would dip a teaspoon and let it be thinly coated with the golden goodness and suck on it, it's sweet and sorta warming in unexplainable way. Simply divine.

Today, finding a jar of fresh and not watered-down honey is hard. Whatever choice that you have in store is hardly original. Few months back dad was given a small bottle of so-called pure honey, but then again when I took it out of the fridge, it crystallized in a form of granulated sugar! I could even see those tiny cubes. Tsk tsk.

So yea, now I have to settle with a jar of those Australian honey, those which I'm almost sure that it's not even original either. Well, at least not really. :P

Haih, I'd kill for a small block of honeycomb now.

Owh sedap!

of.annoyed.&.me.

I reckon that some people use their knees to think, that's why a stupid driver(of a big shiny car) honked at me coz I was merely 3 seconds late whilst trying to switch the lane this morning. Well, can't you blardy see that there's an equally clever motorcyclist who thought that he owns the road & I'm invisible? It's true that I'm trying to switch lane so I won't miss my exit but I don't wanna be a murderer whilst I'm at it either, ade paham? Tak reti nak sabar2. Hnsss..bawak je keta best tapi banggang. Haih.

Emo sekejap disitu.

Anyway, the new place is okay & did I tell you that I have yellow walls? Like mild mustard yellow which is sorta bothering coz it makes me look hmpp..well, yellow? I already fix my mirrors on the wall & I'm yet to unpack some stuff, but that could wait.

Now all I need is a nice small rug & perhaps an extra bright lighting so everything won't be too yellowish. It's hard to see whether I've put on too much makeup in such lighting ya see? Okay, that's kinda vain but it's rather serious, I don't wanna look like a drag queen.

Yer, I'm beautiful. Are you?

Mau pengsan semua orang kat office. T__T

On a lighter note, dad finally bought a car for the lil brother. Sadly it's a manual car which means that I won't be able to take it out for a spin unless I brace myself for the worst and try to go through another session of mari belajar membawa kereta manual with C***, on 2nd thought - maybe not. :P

On another lighter note, I couldn't understand why some guys think that they could simply call someone up in the middle of the night to hmpp..be friendly and say hi? Like whaddaheck? Don't you know the rules? You're only entitled to call someone waaay passes the convenience time if and only if you're special(e.g families, other half or best friends). As simple as that, so stop being funny and ask why your calls were rejected, like kenapekah kau tanak borak when I'm on YM tapi malam-malam nak call pulak? Giler kah?

Need to chase my user now.

Tata.

of.weekend.&.me.

I'm feeling under the weather since yesterday so this one gonna be (hopefully) brief.

My Saturday started off sorta early regardless the fact that I only got a few winks the night before as I was busy packing and sorting up everything. My treasures doubled within such a short span & there's no sign of stopping. *glares at imaginary shopaholic-self*

The new housemate's bf came over by noon to help with the heavy loads & the rest is history.

Later on, I drove over to my cousin's place in Bkt. Antarabangsa & together we rushed to Shah Alam for the get-together bbq session at another cousin's place. It was great. The foods were abundant(& the brownies that I ordered was a hit among the crowd tho I'd love it to be more chocolaty.Yea yea, what a choco-addict to do? I'm hard to please just like that. hehe.) and everything was nice. My tummy ached from all the laughing and eating by the time everything's over.

I spent the night at my cousin's place. We talked, had a cup of coffee(wow,me drinking coffee, I should jot this down),tried to watch a movie unsuccessfully since everybody was tired & within minutes everyone kong out but...me. Too much caffeine you see? T__T

Woke up early the next morning, & cousins went off to send their mum to the airport whilst I stayed at home with the rest watching tv and had breakfast. We later had fun playing game on PS3 and later a karaoke session(I swear this is one of the reasons why I'm having sore throat, besides the bbq lamb). It was hilarious & now I know why I'm better off working as a computer-slave rather than a singer. hehe. You seriously wouldn't want to hear me sing. :P

That's about it.(Cerita tergantung, tetiba macam malas nak continue)

& owh, I miss C***. Tsk tsk.

& my arm hurts(another sign that I should start exercising).

& Kakna bebeh is in Qatar, how's the weather? Nanti kita lepak-lepak lagi when you're back & I'm around. Take care okeh, don't forget your sunscreen. :x

& I'm going home this weekend. I can't wait. Buah longan! Here I come.Encik tupai, please jangan habiskan semua buah kat pokok, tinggalkan sket for me. Thankyouverymuch.

Tata.

of.freaky.&.me.

I had a fattening family-oriented weekend. It was great with capital G(& I'll ramble bout it later).

Anyway, yesterday when we(me & the cousins along with the cheeky 2 years old nephew, Naufal) were on our way back to my cousin's place in Bkt. Antrabangsa (after a late lunch and jalan-jalan), it was already Maghrib as we passed through the landslide affected area and suddenly

Lil nephew:"Tuuuuuu.."*whilst pointing outside the window*
Me:"Ade ape?"*whilst looking out through the window searching for the thing he's pointing at*
Lil nephew:"Tu..hantuuuu"
Us:"Okay,that's not funny.".

*gulp*

Owh, it's casper the friendly ghost you mean? Or maybe not.

of.highlights.&.me.

or maybe not. :P

Jacko is dead, today! I'm not big fan of his but I hafta admit that he's one of the biggest phenomenon in the music industry ever(with his fashion, plastic surgery obsession & all). RIP.

I'm going to move out tomorrow! I managed to seek for some of the much needed help from the new housemate's bf & his brother.(Yea yea, now that my own bf is not around, I hafta make do with someone else's.Sungguh pelik bunyinya statement itu. :P)

A fun fattylicious weekend with the cousins is coming up. I can't wait. It would be soo much fun. Owh giddy.(I ordered a full tray of delicious looking brownies for tomorrow, hope it gonna be yummeh! :D)

I brought my shoes over to the new place last night, the new housemates were like "These are all your shoes??" complete with the wide-eyed faces. I was tempted to say "Naaah, ni my sister punye sekali.", but I don't even have a sister,so whaddaheck? So yes, I'm a shoe-addict, thankyouverymuch.

I haven't heard from C*** for 4 days now. The longest we've been without talking to each other so far. Haih. 10 days more to go. I hope everything gonna be fine for him. A smooth & eventful umrah. Anyway C***, you better be back safe and sound with a real mummy in tow or something equivalently fun for me.

I'm off now. Have a great weekend aight? Tata.

of.rush.&.me.

I was stationed at the HQ yesterday, the close proximity to the malls are truly sickening. Hence the record breaking lunch hour shopping trip that I made yesterday. :P

I skipped lunch and rushed over to KLCC for a quick retail therapy. I was not planning to get anything for myself(except for a dose JuiceWork & cinnamon pretzel) due to my ultimate plan - gift-hunting for dad. I went in and out of boutiques and department stores & finally saw a gorgeous linen shirt in British India Co.

It's in pink, not hot pink but more like barely-there whitish pink. It was love at first sight and after considering the fact whether dad gonna be willing to wear such color, I grabbed it - so one down, one more to go.(Yes,I owe him gifts.Like apekah lagi satu?Hmpppp..)

On a lighter note, I'll move to the new place this weekend & quickly after that I hafta rush to Shah Alam for another session of makan-makan get-together with the cousins. I cannot wait. It has been ages since the last time we had the chance to hang out together, I hope it gonna be a blast.

Owh anyway, I sooo wanna watch this.

TiM Burton's Alice in wonderland!!!

Cepat laaaa release.

Back to work now.

Tata.

of.talks.&.me.

Whilst I was growing up,my mum was not the one who nagged me out of my living daylight. Whatever little advice that she has for me was usually short and deep but my dad on the other hand is my primary nagger(?). Okay, that doesn't sound right, he didn't nag but he has this quality of putting the advice in your head in a series of long talks.

Long talks that usually started when we were in the car - where you couldn't run and left with no option but to listen.

I used to dread those long car rides whenever I felt like there's a possibility of those talks coming. In short, I hate it.(Yea, tell me sape yang suka kena leter? :P)

It has been ages since my last talk, perhaps the last one was somewhere during my undergrad years and as cliche as it gonna sound, now I'm starting to appreciate those dreadful talks, thankful even.

These days I would recall about it with a smirk on my face. His long talks made me what I am today.

Anyway, I called my dad to wish him a happy father's day yesterday and being him, he would routinely ask when I'm coming home whilst he joked about me owing him gift(for his birthday & father's day altogether) which I answered accordingly. hehe.

I wish I could tell him that there's nothing I could give him that he can't afford(like heck, his monthly earning is like few months of mine being put together) but it's the thought that counts eh? So all I could get him for him now are the usual linen shirts from East India Company. hehe. Ampun ayahnda, anak mu memang cheapskate, tunggu la anaknda kaya nanti.

Regardless the elchepo gift, me love you loads. Thank you, merci, terima kasih for everything. :D

On a lighter note, C*** will be off for his umrah today. Take care dearest. Say a lil pray for me & I'll see you in 2 weeks.(Yea, I'm mad at you for calling me childish, I am, but you don't need to point it out.)

Have a great week people.

Tata.

of.balanced.&.me.

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I mildly sprained(?) my shoulder whilst while I was trying to straighten up. Very, tres, sangat agonizing.

Moving on, I just noticed that MayB*nk2u is rather inconvenience, not functionality wise it's more of the lack of important transactions data display wise. (Yea,having this coming from a computer slave, so it must be something ey? Either I'm too blurry or the system is just plain sucky.)

Truthfully I would prefer CIM*clicks over it anytime & this is nothing but a personal view okay?(read:I'm not being paid to condemn them or anything).

If you're wondering,no - I'm not being bias over here. It's not like I'm going to get another increment in my paycheque if the company found out that I'm blowing praises to its system. Plus my development team is not involved in the development of the commercial online banking thingy, so yea, boleh la complaint banyak-banyak sebab bukan sendiri yang buat, kalau tak jangan harap nak banyak songeh. :p

Yea it's fun to be both user & developer at the same time. Being the user gives you all the freedom in the world to be fussy, infact super fussy whilst being a pain in the developer/support person's ass whilst you're at it.

& being the developer would let you experience the mind-boiling annoyance of having a fussy user whilst hoping that you could wring their necks for complaining and demanding too much, like apekah kau ingat senang nak buat function yang tah ape-ape ituuuu?

Therefore, it goes without saying that I'm a well-balanced user. Conclusion yang agak meragukan.he he.

Well, I'm off. Need to work on the batch processing.

Have a great weekend aight? Tata.

Pieces of the weekend.

Well, I noticed that I never mention that I'm moving to another place(again). The second time for this year(& I hope this time around I'll be able to stay put until I tied the knot or something).

This time it's not due to the fact that I was blessed with a housemate from hel...hmpp..somewhere unpleasant(she's still keeping my house deposit tho I've moved out 4 months back & her perfect answer when I asked bout it was simply "time flew so fast",yea tell me about it).

This time around - the owner decided to stop renting out the house and give it to his son therefore us(the unlucky tenants), hafta move out. As easy as that.

Well,easy for him that is.

Anyway, since I've already spent a huge amount of moolah on a year worth of parking fees, so I struggled to find another house in the same place(so I won't have to worry about parking and whatnot anymore) & I got lucky. I found the replacement & tho it gonna cost me a wee bit more but well, I'll live.

Hmppp..C*** won't be around by the time I'm suppose to pack up my stuff and leave. He'll be off for his umrah(dearest, please say a lil pray for me) so there won't be any super bf to help with the heavy loads, perhaps I hafta settle with the super mover guys instead(which gonna cost me more moneh).

Off to nurse my melting brain from yesterday's loooong meetings.

Yesterday whilst I was trying to add something to the layout, I accidentally deleted part of the code so yeah, I ended up with a haywired looking blog.

I failed(miserably) in finding the backup code & desperate situations call for desperate measures,no?

Hmppp..so here I am with the not really me layout, but well, I won't be able to find the time to actually create one like I used to,so yeah lets just suck it all up and live with it,shall we? :P

On a lighter note, I had such a fulfilling weekend. We had big lunch at Bumbu Bali, the honeydew + mint + honey ice blended drink is divine. I'm a sucker for honey dew and mint so having em both in one drink is just perfect.

Okay lah, that's about it. Need to prepare some stuff for today's meetings. I'll have to go through another bunch of system requirement walk-through and I reckon that it gonna be pretty bumpy.

Have a good week okies? Tata.

I need to clean up my room, it's such a mess. I've been so busy that I didn't notice that the room is turning into a dragon's lair, so yea, when it starting to get pretty hard to find my favorite tudung, it's time to clean up.Hmpp..

It's Friday, yey! - which means that I need to do the laundry after work, stock up on my Vitagen & go out with C*** for dinner(provided both of us are free).

I'm still hunting for the baju kurung/kebaya for my friends' weddings, both of them gonna be wearing red & white combination, so yea I might as well be a cheapskate and buy a pair to be worn to both events or maybe not.

Someone asked, which quite surprisingly through an email. Like geez, you shouldn't have gone thru all the trouble to write me an email just to ask who's C*** (err..isn't it obvious?) & what the name stands for.

Well, C*** is the beloved other half. C*** is a nickname given to him by yours truly but his name doesn't start with C(if it is,he might as well be called Chuckie or something), it starts with S but it would be troublesome to type in S***** instead of C*** right? & unfortunately I cannot tell you what C*** means,it's rather P&C.

Moving on, I need to get a birthday gift for dad and not to forget C***'s two years worth of birthday present(Yea, I missed the one in 2006 & 2008 tho he didn't miss mine.hehe). Like yea, I sux when it comes to gift giving. It's not like I'm not big on this matter but I just do not know what to give em for birthdays.

C*** promised me a nice lunch/dinner during the weekend which is wonderful but I hafta be the one who decides where and what, hmppp...what if we skip the lunch & dinner altogether and go for Hdaaz's fattening choc fondue? :P I could surely survive solely on chocolates & ice creams.

Kakna bebeh's coming this weekend, hope that we could find sometime to lepak-lepak and whatnot. he he. Haritu tak sempat lah nak mengada-ngade.hehehe. Kaknaa bebeehh!! Lets go and do something fun and owh, good luck for your interviews.

Munnie darling(aiceh), I'll be waiting for my keropok, please ensure that it weighted satu kati, thankyouverymuch.(Please be reminded that your best friend adelah pemalas,so make it siap untuk dimakan okay?) :P

I'm off now,have a great weekend aight? B good.

Tata.
